Yep, looks like the game is now using the computer account name instead of the steam name in connections.I started into multiplayer LAN on both computers then loaded the game in the host account. The setup screen showed the original second player (steam name) as playing the correct empire but not connected. Then I kicked that (unconnected) player and in the 10 second countdown before the game started I connected with the second computer and it joined in the right empire. But still with the computer name as the player, not the steam name.

Go to your steam library and right click Civilization V, pick properties, go to language and change the language.The Non-steam way:Go to the location of the file (should be at steamsteamappscommon) and open the config.ini with notepad. On User Settings there is Language, Steam Language and AudioLanguage, steam language you'll have to choose between: english, russian,spanish, etc. (of course you'll need the right language file), while on the other 2: you'll have to choose enUS (english), esES (spanish) etc.
